Feasibility Study on Tourism Investment Opportunities at Priority Tourism Destination Labuan Bajo

The project aims for mapping the potentialities of tourism investment in priority tourism destination Labuan Bajo which include three key tourism areas (KTA): KTA Labuan Bajo, KTA Waerebo and KTA Kelimutu. The objective is to define and to inventory clean and clear lands for tourism investment and to identify suitable local cooperation schemes to be proposed to prospective investors. The project will also identify the challenges of tourism investment in the area and to provide realistic recommendations to overcome the challenges, and recommendations on tourism investment opportunity in those three KTAs. The document will be as baseline and support for local government policy decision on tourism investment, reference for Integrated Tourism Master Plan in Labuan Bajo and as a baseline for internal decision in BKPM.
